Honestly unsure if I'm ready to commit to any one of the billing options (due to lack of personal commitment issues), but since seems pretty fair if you were to use consistently; didn't explore enuf, but it's def. An interesting concept (don't use it as substitute for actual srs mental health help tho!) + seems to hv constant updates Other: accidentally started free trial, while thinking there was limited free version (don't think there is one yet), so wasn't rly ready, & haven't explored much

This has been so much more helpful than any counselling I've had - it adapts to me and is responsive when I say I don't know instead of becoming annoyed. It gives me suggestions that I can tweak and even shown me techniques that I've not heard of before and adapts them to fit my neurodiversity. I love that I can choose the style of communication and style. I wish I could review the whole chat rather than a summary. Also, that you got more warning of the messages running out-perhaps 10 not 5.

It is easy to use, providing very appropriate support and practical strategies.

Doesn't work. Crashes out, screen flickers and then goes blank. Tried it on variety of Android and Apple phones, laptops and desktops. Same every time.
