If you do not have an Android, you can buy a new or used one, you do NOT have to have a phone number in it. Go to Settings, Location and look for the work GPS. if you see it, that device should work with this App. You need WiFi (or a phone number) to download the App, but after that the App just needs the GPS. Most Tablets have a GPS.
A new feature has been added. An option to use North Up (2D, Default) or Direction of Travel Up (3D, Option). I like Direction of Travel Up. Dashboard GPSs have this option as well.
Another improvement was made to the Find function. The user can select My Location and a Trail or Point of Interest (POI) that they want to ride to. Then see those two points, highlighted in Yellow, on the Find View. They can Note the trails in between the two points, and put My Location, the trails in between and the POI or Trail they want to get to, and they will be highlighted in Yellow making it relatively easy to navigate to that POI or Trail.
Recent changes:
Added Direction of Travel Up (3D) option to North Up (default) like most GPSs have.
Improved the Find (POIs/Trails) functionality. Tick My Location and a Point of Interest, see the trails in between on the map, then also tick the trails in between, for a rudimentary navigation path.
