I like their food and atmosphere. I can usually get seated right away. The app is useful for ordering pickup.

Pizza is great, app is fricking terrible. Won't let me use my email address that I've been using my whole adult life or my back-up email. Can't place an order on the app without an email address spent more time (like 20 min) trying to use the app than the 2 min it took to actually call the location. Do better, this app is the worst.

These guys way TOO EXPENSIVE, OFF PLANET PRICES. They need to come down to earth... willing to pay $21 for Large Royal Special Pizza with no reduction in quality or food amounts, yes they also cheap out on toppings like ALL other pizza places. This company has the BEST tasting crust on their pizzas, best in the world including best tasting cold or reheated next day compared to any pizza in the world.

Seems easy enough to use, but sure isn't going to win any beauty pageants. Placed an order and one item was missing from receipt that was emailed to me (though total price was correct)... ended up also missing from kitchen receipt, so store didn't make that item (order history in app *is* still correct though). Can't find anywhere in the app itself to get help or provide feedback. Pretty disappointing experience. Store was awesome though and comped me the missing item so kudos to them!
