I've been using the app for almost 3 years. The app has a very clean interface. It offers a broad range of workout programs focusing on either whole body or specific body part emphasis. It offers 2 day to 6 day per week workout programs. The user can modify any aspect of a workout program. The app asks questions after each set and progresses you based on your responses. I've seen great results!

I am comparing this to fit bod. There are a couple of gripes I have. And I am eating it lower. 1. Unusable when offline. 2. The exercise review 3. Moving sets around is annoying and cumbersome 4. No social media sharing or strength or workout statistics. 5. The videos take a while to load. 6. Poor granularity with muscle groups. I.train lats and mid back separately, but they count as the same. 7. No tracking of fractional sets. 8. Not sold on megacycles and RIR progression.

I am using Juggernaut AI for many years. QUite happy with that but was thinking about longer cut where this app might be actually better as it focuses more on hypertrophy and body building (as per advertisement) than strength for SBD. But there is no trial, so I stick with Juggernaut. It is a pity, but I am not paying blindly for something I've never seen....

The pricing showed $35/month and that's excessive. I decide to try it anyway, and then it asks for $55. Not cool.

Yeh im not paying just to access the app, Yo mike! You need to do a free trial, so we can at least see if its worth the money, I know you like your Lamborghini's and butler's but c'mon. My guy let us at least try before we buy

Required subscription just to view app once downloaded, no trial mentioned. Not worth a minimum of $35 just to see if this program would work for me.
