I love the RP Hypertrophy app! I have never programmed workouts and come from not a lot of knowledge other than train hard sweat a lot. The app & RP YouTube videos really stepped up my understanding of how to do all of this. I've been using the app for almost 3 years. The app has a very clean interface. It offers a broad range of workout programs focusing on either whole body or specific body part emphasis. It offers 2 day to 6 day per week workout programs. The user can modify any aspect of a workout program. The app asks questions after each set and progresses you based on your responses. I've seen great results!

I am using Juggernaut AI for many years. QUite happy with that but was thinking about longer cut where this app might be actually better as it focuses more on hypertrophy and body building (as per advertisement) than strength for SBD. But there is no trial, so I stick with Juggernaut. It is a pity, but I am not paying blindly for something I've never seen....

Required subscription just to view app once downloaded, no trial mentioned. Not worth a minimum of $35 just to see if this program would work for me.

PREMIUM ONLY!!!! I thought maybe there would be a free version to trial basic features before paying if I wanted to. That's not an option. You sign in and are given the option of yearly or monthly. I have tried going back, and it just closes the app. I have tried restarting the app, and it goes to the same screen. Honestly I might have paid if it was a reasonable sum. But $35!!!!! A month is extortionate. My gym membership with free classes is less than that.

$250 and doesn't even have a weight plate calculator. No built-in timer. No progress over time graphics. No overlay/window in window. Crazy lack of features for the price... there's better apps on the market with no subscription costs.
