Own/owned many a dash cams, but this is the first Wi-Fi capable cam I've owned. Been using for several months and must say, it is very convenient, and works pretty darn well on multiple devices (Android/iOS), rarely an issue connecting. Comes in very handing when one need access to a clip while on the go. Latency isn't bad either being what I would expect.

Great video quality but nightmare to get connected to app. I finally figured out how to get it to work on Android. I had to turn off my data and Wi-Fi smart connect settings. Make sure location is on too. I googled the solution and I finally found it. It was not directly related to the Nano cam I have, but it worked.

PLEASE RESPOND Hello I recently bought this dashcam. While setting it up I've been running into problems: when I enter an SD card the device turns off and does not turn back on. When I remove the camera turns on. Would it mean that there is a problem with the SD card or camera. Also, the firmware update is blocked at a certain percentage. After even resetting it it is still stuck at the same percentage. Please help me

Not able to connect the app to the camera || Reset the camera || Going through the app connect app process - Connect your Camera - Continue - Connect the Wi-Fi - Wi-Fi connects and says Connected no internet - it does not go any further - go back to the app, and it prompts you to Connect your Camera || Sent email through Contact page...just waiting before it gets returned.

Says there is new firmware, downloads it. Ask to connect the cam via Wi-Fi and does nothing after connection. Keeps telling there is a new firmware every time you check for firmware update.
