I am using your wireless gps. Your service is good, but I would like to give you two suggestions- 1. 1st suggestion is that you should give a manual refresh option in the app so that we can check the live location even if the vehicle is stopped. Currently, it shows the last location with stopped status. 2. you should give updates like gps switched off or out of network area instead of stopped status.

Nice tracking device, I deducted 1 star bcz sometimes its signal lost, and it shows route like car jumped over many houses from 1 road to another road after many turns.

STAY AWAY One Lap is UNETHICAL, MISLEAD ER & POOR SUPPORT. I bought Dash Cam directly from website. Ordered Hardwire Kit & dash cam. Received order but Car Charger & cable was missing. Called Support they replied since I got discount, the charger & cable are not part of the deal. (NOT DISCLOSED AT POS) Order was for 2 items, The Box & Manual clearly states that Charger & Cable are part of ACCESSORY. One lap won't Budge, no return & asking me to pay extra for missing item. This is LEGAL ROBBERY.

This is one of the worst GPS trackers I have used. It stopped working in less than a week. The app keeps showing the device offline and location tracking is completely unreliable. This product is not fit for purpose and should not be sold without proper quality checks. I strongly doubt the reliability of this device. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will have to escalate the complaint and request a full refund/replacement.
