EDIT: Plllllease can you make it possible to edit the NAME of each manual set IP, so clients with multiple dwellings can set nicknames for each remote system instead of just numbers... Every problem written in these reviews are based on improper programming. If it doesn't fit on screen properly the resolution was set incorrectly in programming and can be resolved quickly through Integration designer. The GUI is 100% customizable therefor if it looks horrendous, more than likely the programmer has used the basic template or worse some horrible theme they've made. This app is just about flawless. A license us required for each device as it' replacing RTIs handheld remotes which at cheapest is around $600- $3000. Why would it be free? I have this app in houses controlling Zircon, lights, AV, viewing and controlling IP cameras/ Nvrs and zero hiccups come from the app, so please do research before rating badly.

It is ALL about the programmer. You have to know how to time equipment in macros as well a know how to make an easy-to-use and attractive interface. The interface of the app is NOT a template. You can customize it to fit the project and customer. It is often the most used "remote" in the system. I have this controlling large residences, restaurants, and fitness clubs. Stellar and bullet-proof, as long as you put the time in.

The app was working fine with my Samsung tablet, but a few does ago it stopped responding. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but that did not help. I reset the box and that did not work. I see other comments here that RTI does not work with Samsung. It was working for a long time, until now. Are you working on this issue?
