To all the people giving 1 star. IF IT DOESN'T WORK, it's not the app, it is whoever did a terrible job of programming your system. You can program ALL the graphics to anything you like and how it works. If it doesn't fit your device screen it's not been programmed properly OR you are using it on a different device from what it was made for!... It is not an app for consumers to program but for system integration professionals to. I have this controlling $60M homes. It is fantastic, when done well

It seems that most of the poor reviews on here are issues to do with programming and/or networking that the integrator/installer/programmer should be dealing with and not the app itself. Especially any that complain about design/layout/style.

It is ALL about the programmer. You have to know how to time equipment in macros as well a know how to make an easy-to-use and attractive interface. The interface of the app is NOT a template. You can customize it to fit the project and customer. It is often the most used "remote" in the system. I have this controlling large residences, restaurants, and fitness clubs. Stellar and bullet-proof, as long as you put the time in.

Just got a new Samsung s20 and wanted to transfer the control from my iPhone to Samsung. Sadly found out It did not work with Samsung! Can developers fix the issue? It appears that I was not the only one here.

Absolutely Pathetic UI is just so bad and connectivity is a joke. For a system to work like this in 2026 is like a spit in the face of a consumer. Laggy UI with poor connectivity. I wish someone warned me against choosing this service.

The app was working fine with my Samsung tablet, but a few does ago it stopped responding. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but that did not help. I reset the box and that did not work. I see other comments here that RTI does not work with Samsung. It was working for a long time, until now. Are you working on this issue?

App doesn't work on Samsung. Tried loading this app and doesn't work and progresses to terminate configuration. At the same time loaded the app on an old iPhone and it worked. App needs development on Android
