Ruby Hospital is one of the best hospitals of Kolkata. Poorly developed, despite repeated instructions from the attendants for installing the app from the staff, the app is heavily underdeveloped, poorly maintained. Despite such a great hospital and their hospitality, the app is pathetic.

Booked for online consultation paid fees and booked slot as well. I didn't have any contact with the doctor till next day, and it was showing that I have already consulted the doctor. What kind of scame is this??? Don't go for online consultation. They are cheaters....

Request to app developer to update the application 1. Unable to book appointment always shows the contact no for appointment. 2. Prime beneficiary will not able to update details. Always hang the app. It is humble request dot ask for download the application in the hospital Poor, the worst application.
