Simple to set up and use, very user-friendly, however I still prefer logging into the switch/ap's for adjustments, configuration settings and more thorough monitoring.

Ok so, initially I could not get the app the work, couldn't get past the log in screen, but I figured out you have to change the log in destination from the default (unleashed) to the IP address of the ruckus, such as the one to log in through a browser. Not a big deal to find if you know what you're doing but the IP address can change after network reboot or update. Normally 192.168.1. X. The X will be different for yours.

Login is wonky, Use Firefox to login. If Password on back doesn'twork, try the ap serial #. (forget Chrome, IE or Edge for ui website) After that you can use this app. On the app I used Google account to log in

Can't log on, keeps saying 'Your Unleashed AP version is outdated. Please upgrade Unleashed AP firmware and also download the latest Mobile App from the Store." Both are the latest versions, not sure where to go from here.

We moved into our new "smart" home on July 31, 2020. It came with a Ruckus switch and 2 access points already installed. It was set up in August and worked for about 3 months, just long enough for the warranty to expire. Our spectrum router puts out ~ 240 mbps download and ~ 19 mbps upload while Ruckus is only about 45 mbps download and 14 mbps upload. The switch was replaced but the problem remained. The representative who set up our system claimed it to be "Wi-Fi on steroids," but not the case.

Got a new phone and the app won't let me log in with my Google account like I did countless times on my previous phone. The app says "The Unleashed social login have been discontinued". Please bring this feature back.

The app used to work fine, but stopped recently. Can not log in to the network. Update did not help.
