Works with UM34C as long as you ACCEPT ALL the permissions. Developer needs to list ALL the functions for those permissions and I think the App would work for more people then. But in turn I think the developer should ALSO ALLOW the APP to FUCTION WITHOUT the WI-FI PERMISSION as an example for EXPORTING EXCEL FILES. Basically only ALLOW the SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS for the permissions accepted by user, and NOT this Accepts ALL-OR-NOTHING approach that the Developer takes for the APP to WORK AT ALL!

Excellent app! Used with UM34C meter. Takes a little bit of getting used to but when the meter is plugged in to a charger and cannot be read directly this is invaluable, there is a very slight Bluetooth delay, but this is totally acceptable. The ability to export data to Excel is very useful. I am using it to test chargers, powerbanks and leads, and have identified problems in all three areas, in a couple of cases establishing that a 'suspect' 'phone was OK, both the leads tried were faulty!

Crashes all the time. Old version works fine. ThrRuiDeng version will see the meter but not connect to it.

Looks good but just doesn't work. I have Samsung S7 running Android 8 so should be compatable. On starting, it asks for permissions, select 'Allow' twice. Shows UM34C in list, select it and app disappears with message' Ruident has stopped, close app' If I use the 'UM Meter' app I get this... Bluetooth manager pairs the device ok. Start the software and in top left just shows 'UM....' and no connection. Press the Bluetooth icon in top right and I get 'UM Meter has stopped, open app again' That is it. Strangely the PC (Windows) software for the UM25C works fine! Oh, I also tried on an Android tablet running Android 6, but says incompatible!
