Great until latest update. It was my essential app for core rehab. Now the video is cut off-screen. (phone: pixel 9 pro. Problem on high resolution 960x2142 and max resolution 2180x2856)

Great with imperfections. Good simple to use with good videos to show you how to do exercises. Can choose duration, time to change position and number of circuit repetitions. Helps keeps track of workouts completed and how hard it felt, so you can increase intensity or reps if you choose. Problems: if you hit pause there is quite a lag so if you keep pressing things you can crash the app. After some months of use it feel much stronger and comfortable doing these important exercises for core and back. But it now will not log my completed workouts. Although slightly buggy, I would still recommend this as one app I do use. Worth the price of two cups of coffee. It might be limited but as the saying goes ''a good routine is one you can stick to''
