I had read in previous years that the app really sucked. I imagine it got a complete overhaul because it was spot-on for this year's marathon. My family was able to track me in real-time without any issues or glitches.

Created account to track my daughter-in-law. I logged in as a supporter. When I found her in the list, there's a padlock next to her name. When I clicked on her name, it asked for a four number P.I.N. I have no idea what that P.I.N. should be. Very disappointing. I noted other negative comments on the app. It may only be an Android problem as my son says it works well on his iPhone.

Installed the app yesterday, added a bunch of friends to follow. Today: all gone. I'm not giving the developers any personal data by creating a "profile", because if something this basic is broken, who knows how (or if!) they're protecting my login data? In any case, a profile shouldn't be needed to store a list locally. The developers claim "No data collected", but the need for a profile conflicts with that statement.

The new update is horrible! I can't log into my account. I tried resetting my password, but it never sends the email like it said it did. It looks good but looks don't mean anything when functionality is useless.
