Great app for providing training plans and setting goals, integrates seamlessly with strata. Would like to see support for heart rate based training and two-way sync with strata so that e.g. intervals sessions with a specific schedule that can't be set up in strata can be recorded in run coach and shared.

I am a user and have no ties to the app owners or developers. I've used this app for over a year now alongside Strata meaning on every run I use both apps. Strata is nice for following your friends, but it is really a different product. Here's why: 1. The custom tailored programs toward race goals are second to none. Trust the app training program, and you will achieve amazing performance improvements! 2. The app is actively maintained. My experience is the app works and works well, but I don't use the sync features some refer to here. 3. There are many features available in the free app, but if you really want the full benefit of Run coach sign up for the gold plan. With the gold plan you get 1 on 1 timely feed back from professional coaches. Try getting a few HOURS of personal customized coaching, and you'll see the value of getting a full YEAR of personal guidance through the coaches tied to this app. For example, I have had my training program tuned several times, received guidance on injury management, race nutrition and race strategy. Google can certainly give you thousands of blogs to read on these topics, but this feedback will be focused for you!

Just an okay app. I like the calendar and the suggestions it provides me for training workouts. Plus, the YouTube video links are kind of neat if you're into that. However, I just want the calendar to actually give me the "check mark" for completing an assigned activity. Perhaps connecting/syncing with my Garmin watch for tracking is what throws off my calendar/log, but even when I edit the activity, like logging my long run as a long run, I don't get the check off....

I got a subscription and have been trying to confirm the plan, so I can start using the featured but every time I open the app through Google play to confirm, it gives me an error message.
