Runic Spire Deck

Runic Spire Deck is a tactical single-player card roguelike where players ascend procedural tower floors using energy-based card management and intent-driven combat.

Core Combat Mechanics:
- Start each encounter with 3 energy points replenished at the beginning of each player turn.
- Play Attack cards such as Strike and Cleave to deplete opponent health bars.
- Deploy Defensive rune cards to generate temporary Shield blocks that absorb incoming damage.
- Cast Drain cards to deal damage while simultaneously restoring player hit points.
- Read visible Enemy Intent badges above foes to prepare defensive shields or counterattacks before ending turns.
- Conclude turns using the End Turn button to trigger enemy actions and draw fresh hands.

Application Screens and Features:
- Splash Screen: Animated emblem intro sequence transitioning to the Sanctum menu.
- Main Menu: Displays the highest floor reached, with buttons to enter the spire, view the tome of runes, configure settings, and inspect game info.
- Gameplay Arena: Custom surface view displaying active floor badges, player/enemy hit points, shield status, card hand layout, and interactive card touch controls.
- Pause System: Overlay modal providing options to resume the battle, abandon the ascent, or view settings.
- Victory Screen: Floor cleared summary reporting runic glory points earned, with an option to proceed to the next spire level.
- Game Over Screen: Fallen in battle report displaying final score roll and highest floor reached with one-tap restart.
