My match is GTS7 PRO and I can use this app very efficiently ... good User Interface The fitness data is connected to Google fit right now, but why cannot it is connected to health connect. In the Runmefit app setting there is an option only for "Reconnect Google fit" . Why there is no Option for "Reconnect Health Connect" as I am using Health Connect for fitness data

This app has never run in the background, which is most frustrating. And all access and battery permissions are definitely on. I have to physically open the app and refresh it for it to sync and give me notifications on my watch. I have it paired with a Runmefit GTS7 Pro, which is very inaccurate. Was advertised as an "overwatch" online, but it is definitely not. Wish I didn't buy the thing. Exercises don't stop at the end. Half the time, it can't get my health info off my watch, like sleep, etc.

Claims to need GPS location to connect Bluetooth and pair with the watch. This is an outright lie; Bluetooth only cares if the device is in signal range. The only reason to require location is to harvest and sell user information.

Ever since your update at the end of June 2026 my app doesn't work and locks up and goes back to my home screen. It also suddenly won't work with my fitness tracker. It has a very hard time searching for it and won't sync with it at all.
