The app is not as smooth as the big corporate ones, but the service was great. We switched to runner because the restaurants and the drivers get paid more fairly than in other apps. And no I am not getting paid to say this.

Placed an order to a restaurant for dinner. Order was not marked as received until a runner was assigned. The assigned runner was showing up in Nevada (app is only in seattle). The order was then marked as picked up by the runner and then almost immediately marked as delivered (hint it was not delivered). I called the restaurant to see if they ever actually received the order and they did not. There is no customer service support, live chat is completely ignored and email will take forever.

SCAM ALERT! I was charged nearly $70 for a $20 order that took two hours to arrive cold. There's no delivery fee worth 350% this company is a scam! Avoid!
