Really good app to start jogging or plan sessions for if you are an athlete. The only problem I experience was that if you had an injury but still wanted to go and train maybe with 20% load, the app cannot adjust that for you. You will either have to do it yourself or skip the training entirely.

This app is one of my favorite apps. It is supporting me strongly as a running coach. Yes, the app has points where it could be better, but what is really important is the great knowledge about run training, and that is what matter! Thank you running coach!

Personally I am really satisfied. The program itself is really good because I can add, delete and drag & drop training sessions. These sessions are created logically following a specific structure (a long jog, interval training etc.) But still, due to sufficient personnel settings, I can adjust the program however I want. Only disadvantages I experienced so far: Customer service needed several days to replay (it just happened once during the Christmastime) The app can turn if I tilt my iPad.

This application has almost no functions compared to strata or garmin. Some, like pace calculator, are even useless. Pace calculator resets time to 0 when trying to modify previously entered number. Training plan I used before seemed to work well, but once I have got injured or have to travel for business trip I couldn't postpone/adapt my training. Developer of this app even doesn't bother to publish what hat changen with the new version.

I purchased the bronze package after forgetting to use my trial some time ago. At first glance, the programming seems solid. The performance nutrition is vague, but accurate. I went on my first run today, and was met with great disappointment. First, the app isn't very friendly to foreigners, as it fails to track your location outside It's home country and as a result fails to track distance. The voice is very stale. The app overall is outdated and glitchy. HUGE potential, but needs an overhaul.
