★★☆☆☆ This app is worst. I place order and then I get a notification stating the restaurant is closed. Then I ordered from the same restaurant direcrly. Simply absurd. Close your app.

★★☆☆☆ delivery guys don't follow Google maps for navigation purposes...They call a female customer at 10.16 at night and ask them to guide him in direction for 10 mins constantly while driving and simultaneously asking passer bys for directions. And then they have the audacity to tell her to come in the main rd to take the order saying "madam already in second cross and can't find your building". I mean seriously he wasn't even in the lane called 2nd cross... Customer service just passes feedback to have this avoided in future that's it. No security...No meaning of promises...no compensation.I have faced this twice with my orders and today was the first time I ever highlighted on an order... Disappointed with chat support also now...
