We know business are charged for using the service which makes the food more expensive. So why is there a service fee? And the service fee is usually one third of the actual charge... bs

Caution buyer beware: cancellation procedure on this apt but not notified: when canceling a substitute item not ordered and unwanted then u still have to pay for the unwanted item and Didi keeps the product doesn't deliver and charges you for it anyway so if for any reason u get a substitute do not cancel simply accept the un wanted items because u still going to get charged for them either you receive them or not. Didi will keep them and charge u if cancelled

TERRIBLE APP. While shopping, the deliverer sent me a micro photo of a replacement item. It's so small that it is impossible to read the label. How can you know if the item is acceptable or not for replacement if you can't even read the tiny characters in that micro picture? The deliverer also said that the app is so unflexible, that if I blindly choose it, and I didn't like it, I cannot change my mind and there's no refund. Those developers back in China must have microscopic vision.

Do not order from these thieves. My latest experience. The food arrives damaged, the courier laughs at my face telling me it was ok when he picked it up, but it's not his fault that my food is drenched in liquids, and I lose my money if I do t accept it. Refuses of me taking a photo. Then this criminals tell me in the app, I can't ask. For a refund, without even knowing what the problem is. And now will thank me for my review and say that they try to improve. Shittiest company I have ever used.
