Couriers tend to commit fraud by parking and waiting on customers to cancel or tip higher in order to move. If you don't do as they want, they cancel the delivery and another courier takes it from there. I've seen this issue too many times. Restaurants work fine are not to blame for these actions.

I couldn't possibly recall every way this app has failed me. It's simply awful. And good luck figuring out how to contact anyone if you're having trouble with your order. They also pay their drivers peanuts, so they aren't happy, either. I recommend just finding a good deliverer and asking if you can text him directly with your order. I have three personal deliverers now who know what I like, and it's heavenly.

Caution buyer beware: cancellation procedure on this apt but not notified: when canceling a substitute item not ordered and unwanted then u still have to pay for the unwanted item and Didi keeps the product doesn't deliver and charges you for it anyway so if for any reason u get a substitute do not cancel simply accept the un wanted items because u still going to get charged for them either you receive them or not. Didi will keep them and charge u if cancelled
