I used Didi for 3 years. Today for the 1st time I have to identify myself. I do not receive the security code on sms, Resend does not work. If this cannot be fixed I will have to stop using Didi. ======= On the advice of Customer Service I tried my partner's phone number. This worked but the account now was in my partner's details. I changed the details to my details & the app works fine now with all my ride history, favorite destinations, etc. THREE (3) CHEERS FOR DIDI CUSTOMER SERVICE !

I have been using di for years, and haven't had any qualms. The drivers have been polite, have had clean cars, and have driven safely. However, make sure you check that you collect all you're belongings before leaving the car. As on 3seperate occasions I've left behind; vape, hoodie and food. And despite trying to chase my items up, I was unable to. I even called the driver after leaving my food in his boot and offered to pay him with a generous top, he said yes and didn't show up.

This is the worst app anyone could possibly use. The cars are terrible, and the drivers are incredibly rude and uncouth; they accept the request, leave you waiting on the street for an hour, and then never show up. I wouldn't recommend it at all—it’s cheap in every sense: the prices, the drivers, and the cars.

What is wrong with the routing in this app? The app just sent the driver on a scenic route through various backstreets, adding 5-10 minutes, when a single left turn on a major thoroughfare would have delivered the driver directly to me. Update: another trip and another unrealistic pick-up time is. I had to wait in traffic for the driver who was stuck in traffic - the app should anticipate this in peak hour
