RunStrict: GPS Running Game

RunStrict — The Running Game Where Every Step Counts

Turn your daily run into a territory mission. RunStrict tracks your GPS route and captures hex zones on a real-world map. Join Team Red or Team Blue, flip rival territory, and climb the season leaderboard.

KEY FEATURES
• Hex Territory Capture: Every run paints the map in your team's color
• Team vs Team: Red vs Blue — compete for district control
• Season Leaderboard: Ranked by points, distance, and pace
• Voice Coach: Real-time pace and capture alerts in 8 languages
• Run History: Distance, time, pace, and route saved automatically
• Cross-Province Running: Earn points anywhere, not just your home area
• Creed System: Set your runner's manifesto for the leaderboard
• Privacy-First GPS: Sensor data stays on-device until you choose to sync
• Wear OS companion: Tile, Complication, and wrist-first run controls

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick your team (Red or Blue)
2. Start running — GPS tracks your route automatically
3. Run through rival hexes to flip them to your color
4. Earn season points for every flip
5. Check the leaderboard to see your rank

SEASON-BASED COMPETITION
All territory and points reset each season. Fresh start, new challengers. Your personal running history is kept forever.

HEALTH CONNECT (optional)
RunStrict can save your finished runs to Health Connect so they count toward your daily activity goals and appear alongside your other workouts. This is off by default and you turn it on yourself from the connect sheet on the run screen.
• What we write: one exercise session per completed run — start and end time, distance, duration, and estimated calories. Nothing else.
• What we read: nothing. RunStrict does not request read access to Health Connect and cannot see workouts, heart rate, or any other health data recorded by other apps.
• You stay in control: turn the toggle off at any time, or revoke access in Health Connect settings. Turning it off stops all writing immediately.
• Health Connect data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.

PRIVACY
Your GPS and personal running data stay on your device. Location is only used during active runs and is never sold to third parties.

WEAR OS COMPANION (Pixel Watch, Galaxy Watch 4+, TicWatch Pro 5, OnePlus Watch 2)
Pair with the RunStrict Wear OS app to start and finish runs from your wrist. The companion app adds:
• Tile — glanceable card showing today's km and flip count, on the swipeable tile carousel
• Complication — drop "RUN" on any watch-face complication slot to start a session in one tap
• Ongoing activity — live runs appear as a chip on your watch face and in the system recent-activity row
• Always-on display (AOD) — dimmed distance + duration overlay during AOD, AMOLED-friendly pure-black background
• Wrist-first run controls — launch and stop runs from your watch, phone stays in pocket
The watch and phone work as one paired system — if the Bluetooth link drops mid-run, the watch keeps recording GPS and heart rate, and your run reconciles with the phone the moment the connection returns. No lost runs. A paired phone is required to install and play the Wear OS app.

Run anywhere. Capture everywhere. Own your district.

Recent changes:
• Country map fix: with runs in several provinces of one country, the Record screen's country map zoomed to street level and lost its marks. It now frames all your provinces at continent scale.
• The home-screen widget's wordmark is smaller and centred above TODAY.
• Minor fixes and improvements.
