Looks good ... I just downloaded it now every other first set of things for the registration went smoothly but the KYC seems to have technical issues, I have tried it more than 3 times, it will say successful but will still show you have not been verified...pls do something about it...it's not good, and it's discouraging,. I am not still verified and successful verification

I'm giving it two stars cuz it keeps telling me to add my KYC and every time I add it it's says successful just to tell me to finish setting up my account again, I've tried it for over 5 times and it's the same thing, someone messaged me and later cancelled the order, and they paid me some money for the cancellation, but I can't withdraw because I've not finished setting up my account and that person is the only client I've had since

I will increase the rating of my complaint is worked on. My account has yet been verified, after multiple attempts of upgrading my KYC, and" Tour the app and complete your KYC" is what keep popping up on the anytime I opened it to check if my profile is updated, after I've filled my KYC form more than 5 times with both the 'NIN' or 'BVN' none has been reflected.
