Rusty Rush: AI Redemption

You are a small, rusty robot with a squad of soldiers on your tail. Stop, and they catch you.

In Rusty Rush you swipe to jump, slide and switch lanes. Run across sky bridges, factories, rooftops, tunnels and the harbour, slip between giant machines, grab gears and push your record a little further every run. The longer you last, the faster it gets: after ten minutes you are running at more than twice the speed you started at.

HOW TO PLAY
• Swipe left or right to switch lanes.
• Swipe up to jump over laser fences.
• Swipe down to slide under energy gates.
• Double tap when the energy bar is full to hit overdrive and fly over everything.
A short tutorial teaches each move the moment you need it. For your first 2,000 metres every run starts with armour that forgives one crash.

NO TWO RUNS ALIKE
Obstacles are laid out fresh every time, so memorising will not help. Time the presses, duck the swinging crane loads, keep your head out of the steam and weave through the mines. One moment you are riding a mine cart and switching rails, the next you are leaping from wagon to wagon on top of a freight train. Rain, fog and storms make it harder still.

GIANTS BLOCK YOUR WAY
On the sky bridge a giant robot brings its fist down. In the tunnel a huge drill strikes from the side, from above and from below. At the harbour a crane drops a container right in your path. Over the rooftops a gunship hunts you with its searchlight. Each one has a pattern you can crack, and every giant you get past means 20 seconds of double points.

POWER-UPS
• The Magnet pulls gears to you.
• The Armoured Robot takes a hit for you.
• The Giant Robot grows and smashes through crates, fences and drones. Watch out for presses and gaps: it trips on those.
• Collect the letters along the way, finish the word and earn double points.
Spend gears to upgrade your power-ups. Spend processors to start a run with Super Speed, Guard or Double Gears.

FIVE ROBOTS, FIVE TALENTS
Rusty grabs gears from further away. Wind-Up keeps its magnet longer. Bolt jumps a second time in mid-air. Wheelie switches lanes faster and slides longer. Spider shrugs off a stumble now and then. Dress them as an Astronaut, Footballer, King, Firefighter or Rainbow robot, add hats, scarves and aerials, and bring along a helper drone that collects the gears in the lanes beside you.

GOALS AND LEADERBOARDS
Complete missions to grow your score multiplier. Daily missions and a daily reward give you a reason to come back every day. Climb the weekly and all-time leaderboards under a name you choose. Your progress is saved on our server, so reinstalling the game does not set you back.

YOUR SETTINGS
Left-hand mode, swipe sensitivity, vibration and graphics settings for older phones. Playable in 49 languages.

Recent changes:
The energy bar fills faster: the lightning boost comes more often than in the last update.
Left a run halfway? Open the game again and pick it up where you left off.
Runs now get harder step by step: crates, drones, barrels and carts come straight at your lane, so running straight is not enough.
New scoring: points grow with the distance you cover, so a million is a real feat now.
