The first transfer went flawlessly. The second transfer was withdrawn from my bank account but was not displayed in the app. I contacted the support team, and they immediately processed the transfer. This shows the great support behind the app when you have problems. One criticism is that the available limit is not always displayed correctly in the app. Overall, 5 stars!

I had problems in the beginning but app works quite fine now. Of course there are things to improve, and hopefully we can see some of them soon. The money will arrive into your account next day which is also nice and hopefully might be even faster in the future. Last but not least, support team is great. They were very quick to respond and super helpful to solve my problems.

I sent 2x €10.000 with this app. Usually the money is transferred within the next business day. I transferred the money on Tuesday. Now on Friday still no Feedback. After I called them, they told me that they wilö contact the bank and return with further information. Noone called. After I called the Is bank in Frankfurt, they told me that they can't see the money, although I transferred it to them. Only ParaGönder can see the transfer. So the €20.000 held by Paragönder and noone is answering!!!

They ask you why you transfer money then cancel my account. All this happened within 2 weeks of opening an account with them. Very weird I transparent and unreliable behavior. Not trustworthy. Wouldn't recommend it

Fake cashback campaign! The app is totally basic and misleading. They promise 5% cashback on everyday spending, but after shopping at Lidl and CO-OP, nothing appears in the app. There is no tracker, no pending rewards, and the app keeps throwing errors asking for business tax IDs (UTR) even on a personal account. Don't waste your time, it feels like a total scam 💯
