Service reps are unskilled and kept behind a chatbot whilst documentation and UI translations are done by AI — which is completely unacceptable for a company that does any financial services. The worst part is that they only attempt to finalize any paperwork and background checks after you've received your first payment, which would make sense if any of it would be within reason but in reality, they take your money hostage.

Mollie, when are you going to fix this very old problem with the app? It's not logical or even user-friendly to force portrait mode on tablets. In case you didn't know, most tablets are used in landscape mode.

There is a complete lack of transparency regarding costs. Charges appear to be added arbitrarily, without any clear explanation or justification. This is especially disappointing when it involves a non-profit organization. In a country and sector where helping people in need is constantly emphasized, one would expect honesty and openness. This way of operating feels not only unprofessional, but also rather hypocritical. Transparency should not be optional here; it should be a basic standard.

Please be aware of this racist company. It seems everyone with non european names experience account blockage out of nowhere. Without prior notice the service just stops working and when contacted then account closed mail is sent with broken links to reason and user agreement. This damages your business and customer trust. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SADISTIC COMPANY. PLEASE BE AWARE AND DO NOT USE MOLLIE.
