Description
The RV Tow Check app is the first "Before You Buy an RV" towing capacity calculator that conforms to manufacturers' weight safety and warranty warnings.
With 100% accuracy, RV Tow Check answers the most often asked questions, "How much can my truck tow?" or "How much can my SUV tow?" or "How much can my motor coach tow?" However, the accuracy of one's input is not guaranteed.
RV Tow Check uniquely complies with the SAE J2807 trailer weight rating (TWR) calculation methodology.
RV Tow Check requires four weight inputs from the tow vehicle. The required entries are gross combination weight rating (GCWR), gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR), gross vehicle weight (GVW), and trailer weight ratings (TWR).
RV Tow Check provides instant max towing capacity results as the user selects various kingpin or tongue weight percentages.
RV Tow Check simplifies the process of obtaining the realistic vehicle towing capacity (RVTC) for any vehicle towing a trailer. The app's math calculations are as accurate as the weights entered into it.
RV Tow Check displays realistic vehicle towing capacity for a fifth wheel, gooseneck, and conventional trailers (bumper pull) simultaneously.
RV Tow Check users could select the fifth wheel hitch input box if the hitch was not installed when the truck was weighed.
RV Tow Check users may include any additional unscaled weight for cargo, aftermarket equipment, and passenger weight. The app does not assume everyone weighs 150 or 175 pounds as the manufacturers do.
RV Tow Check can assist RV buyers and dealers in ensuring tow vehicles are appropriately matched to any type of trailer towed.
RV Tow Check provides users with the choice of beginner or expert mode of operation. The app's initial mode is Beginner. Beginner mode has detailed step-by-step instructions. Once the user has learned the correct use, they may switch to "Expert Mode." Expert users will view a streamlined single-page calculator without the instructions.
RV Tow Check is a must-have tool for anyone owning or considering a tow vehicle less than a late-model one-ton dually truck.
RV Tow Check is a small price to pay, considering it can save one from a very costly mistake.

Awesome App! Yes I'm a Noob when it comes to towing and understanding all the weight terms and terminology took some time to grasp, but if you want to tow, whatever it may be its wise to take the time to learn for your safety, the safety of your family and others on the road. This app is a must-have to determine what you can safely tow and gave me peace of mind what trailer to purchase and how much weight I can load safely. Learn this stuff it could save your life. Thanks, Craig

Does what it says, not sure what everyone complains about. Read the instructions.

The app is totally wrong. I install this app, plugged in all my weight info, it came up with some weird numbers and stated I was over my GCWR of my truck. Went to the cat scales near me, I can confirm that this app is useless!!!! Don't waste your money!!!!! I want a refund!!!!! And this app has been reported for providing false information or not doing anything.
★★☆☆☆
Scam of an app. Enter 2 fields and simple subtraction gets answer. Plus if you tell it the TW, you already have the answer. Waste of money.
★★☆☆☆
Beginner mode is fair. I THINK I found all the required weights for the calculations only to be disappointed with the report. I don't know what the report is telling me. Is it max safe weight of the trailer I want to tow? Just a few more sentences explaining the output of the report would be great. There's a flurry of words and disclaimers, but no layman's terms.
