Had problems trying to remote connect off my android phone. Much much more involved than i thought but finally figured it out. Works great. For months i could only use it on wifi but it works anywhere now. I can try to help anybody interested. Very involved process.

All functions did not work I managed to view my nvr while connected to the same wireless as the nvr was plugged into but once i was not on that network it would not work (no mobile view) HOWEVER there is a app by the same guy called "rxcamview" this did work for me for getting p2p (view from my phone from anywhere) to work. I have an techview 3231 nvr.

Annoyed and stressed If you're looking for a surveillance system that's you can monitor using yours tablets or smart devices do not buy Bunker Hill I repeat do not buy Bunker Hill if you have return it immediately. I have left numerous messages on Bunker Hills voicemail have also emailed them and have gotten no response. When I got this system it worked great I was also able to use my smart devices when I was not at home out of nowhere it stopped working and nobody can tell me why don't buy Bunker Hill ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

I dont understand I just got this system and for some reason when i try to connect my phone to it it asks for the address and only thing my stuff shows for an address is netgear35 no numbers like the book says i need help lol.
