When I regiseterd and tried to use the app, m it denied my payments with a something went wrong message. I had to delete cache and app data. Then it bloked all of my bookings because it assumed that I bought them through a third-party provider, so I had to complete the verification process. I booked them from the app. A smaller bug: my order on the plane was sent twice to the crew. But other than these the app worked fine, generally easy to use with clear instructions-in general I like the app.

The fact that customers are forced to download an app in order to board a flight they have paid for should be illegal. A fine for checking in at the airport and not even able to download a digital boarding pass?!? Corrupt company to the core.

It logs you out right before the boarding and doesn't show your boarding pass and shows that "check-in is closed" instead. It happened the second time for me. Take screenshots of your boarding passes upfront. The app is unreliable.

Check-in bug: profiling data corrupts birth year to //1970 (Unix epoch/null value), blocking UK ETA validation and digital boarding pass issuance. Clearing local app data fixes it for the next flight. Please fix database schema migration. For ongoing flight check-in I got status rejected because of disabled time of birth field: **/**/1970. I have to proof my valid ETA now(((: After Clear local data cache in settings-apps -ryanair I received my boarding card for my back way immediately!
