I wish there was a route from Porto to Errachidia because almost 50% of Moroccans are from the southeast, and we find it difficult to travel to our region since Marrakech is very far—almost 7 hours to reach our homes. Thank you.

Forcing customers to pay to choose a seat if the want to check in diabolical. Never seen an airline do that before.

The Ryanair app is rubbish. It's shite. When I got to check in, I had to go to my original email to be able to get my flight on the app. I managed to get the boarding pass. An hour or so later, about to board the plane, the boarding pass was unavailable. I was told to wait for ages, no boarding pass. Luckily, Tirana airport had printed out their own boarding pass.

I don't care how good your app is. The fact that I am forced to download it in order to see my boarding pass is unacceptable. UNACCEPTABLE. Never flying with you again. I will download it for my current flight and uninstall it afterward.

Not great When checking in for a return flight it automatically picks the same passport as I used on the outward flight. This is a problem for peopling with dual citizenship.
