Normally I don't write reviews for apps, but here is one of rare exceptions wort hing admiration and support... After several flights I can say that this company, the travel experience and the app are 5 stars.

I would say that both the app and the experience with the app while flying are ALMOST perfect. The only thing it's missing in my opinion would be the option to set a desired travel time when searching for tickets, so that it will only show you the dates with available tickets that fall within the departure and arrival time you are looking for. A good reason for this is for example if your transport to Schiphol is the train, which doesn't run after 23:00, which disqualifies any of those tickets

Is Claude writing your code now? Almost impossible to book a flight using a Desktop Browser on a Win or a macOS, equally terrible on an iPhone or an Android app.... With or without a VPN!!! A ton of - AI (internal) Errors - "error calculating page view performance." blocking clicks or entering endless UET loops. Terrible for a company like Transavia! I was forced to book via another airline!

App refuses to open. Crashes immediately and tells me to restart, then crashes again. Must be the API check issue.

A true budget airline, they don't even allow strollers in the cabin even though half the bins are empty because nobody pays their ridiculous fees. The app does not show luggage status like other airlines, so I have no way to know if the stroller actually made it on the plane. The app doesn't seem to do anything the website can't do.

This app is trash. Slow, gave me weird errors logging in, and I could not download my boarding pass through it... I had to go to the website
