No gate number. Small phones cannot open up to track baggage. No flight numbers. No boarding requirements. More frustrating than informative. They need to get someone who knows how to fix it!!! Look at United Airlines informative app.

Terrible experience. I have flights booked, but when I try to add them to the app it just fails silently. If I try and add travel details I just get a blank screen.

This is the most awful airline app I have ever used. I was never able to find my boarding passes, transfer gates, or luggage carousel numbers. The Avian ca employees told me that the app rarely works and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. The app needs to be rewritten, starting from line one of the code. A simple app that works is better than a complicated app that doesn't work.

The worst airline, the app glitches and changed the dates of my booking, my great-grandmother passed away, so I traveled as an emergency, and it was planned from Sat 9 may, to Wed 13 may, I realized today when I woke up, apparently I lost "my flight", I called 10 times and every time they hung up on me, I recorded the call!!! Promise this will go viral
