If you want to know what gate your plane is at or if your flight has been delayed the App is NO help at all. You get one chance to screenshot your boarding pass or save it to your Google Wallet, but after that one time good luck ever finding your boarding pass in the App again. Worst airlines App that I've ever used, and I travel often with different airlines. The airline itself is fine, but the App is garbage, I would prefer another airline because the App is so worthless.

Terrible experience. I have flights booked, but when I try to add them to the app it just fails silently. If I try and add travel details I just get a blank screen.

Terrible company. My father had emergency HEARTH SURGERY before our flight and the airline is refusing to change the flight dates. They refuse to just change the flight dates even though they already require proof of the operation. If they refuse due to a hearth surgery they definitely won't make any changes if your kids or your loved ones gets sick or injured enough to not travel. Is better to use any other airline that is compassionate enough to just change the flight dates in that case.
