By far the worst airline app I have ever used. As a frequent flyer, I use many airline apps, and even Ryanair does a better job. The interface is confusing, important functions are buried in submenus, almost every click redirects to a painfully slow website, and even finding the boarding pass is a hassle. It doesn’t even show the actual flight duration, only departure and arrival times. No Google Wallet support either, only Apple Wallet!! Embarrassing for a major international airline in 2026.

Not user-friendly at all. Despite all your promotions the app is so difficult to use. For example I can't even change the currency. Why is it even showing pounds for Singapore!? Can't even find the option to change. Deleted the app. Made a reservation, and it does not even show in the app....goodness ....

The worst application I have ever seen. When I tried to register my name, the app restricted me with some restrictions on my name especially it rearranged my name in the wrong order. Every time I make a booking and try to add the mileage number, the application can't accept because there is a mismatch between my name on the boarding pass and my name on the mileage club. Even the ANA staff members can't make anything!!!! AMAZING
