For Japan's largest airline, the app is terrible, and it takes ages to respond, make changes, or enter information. ANA should look at the UA app and see what's best in class.

Why can't I change the currency? Why is both the app and the web version so slow? Why can't I pay for better seats? And why error when paying in chrome? This is probably one of the worst experiences ever booking a flight.

I hate that every time I want to check my reservation, I have to press reload. And the reload takes 2-5 minutes, and it still doesn't show my boarding pass. Also, if I want to check in for my flight through the app, the app just throws me back to the home page and forces me to reload my reservations...but again, it never actually helps me check in at the end. For an airline app, this one is just slow, clunky, and completely useless.
