Booked a taxi over an hour in advance. Driver failed to show on time, customer service advised he is on another job. If I book this far in advance I expect the vehicle to show up in time. Have had to book an Uber.

Rubbish. Tried to sign up and can't even get the code they're supposedly sending to mobile number. Three attempts failed so not uninstalling their app

Tried to create an account, I provided my phone no. But then after 3h still no code despite that I restarted my phone and even restart the app, but the code still didn't get even after I restarted it. Wouldn't recommend to download this app
