Been good but the app has not opened since Saturday, I've not been able to use it to make purchases.

Easy-to-use banking app with a clean interface and secure login. Checking balances, making payments are convenient. Occasionally, some features can be slow to load and not in English version. But overall it's a reliable app for everyday banking.

The app said I need to log in using a password. However, my password did not work. Then I had to log in with a proper banks ID on the website to reset it. The password had been locked for some reason, and it costs to reset. Well I did that, and they will mail it to me in one week. I use this only for the bonuses, but now I can't even do that for a week. If this was my main bank I would change the bank immediately.

I have a card and an app, but I still can't access my balance, because it needs some other identification that I was not given. Why?!? Barcode from the app is useless. You still need a physical card or NFC.

I like the app, but for quite a while is unusable, constantly showing "server error" messages. I have not been able to open it in over a week, and this happens quite often
