Suspicios behavior after the newest upgrade. I had biometrics in use and after the new upgrade it is asking me to take it in to use. And it will not let me progress further before I take biometrics in to use which I was ALREADY using. Now the app is unusable because I can't get past this prompt because I have no idea what other code it is asking me now. How is every upgrade making this app harder to use.

Strongly avoid and select another bank. This app can't be used with a VPN(!), which is almost hilarious. I haven't heard of any banking app doing the same and turning customers away with this level of stupidity. They block VPN -> I moved money away and made the easiest decision ever to just stop using the bank, and definitely not returning. Today it's VPN, tomorrow might be browser, then OS, then age verification. My trust is gone, better to take money and run fast, and I suggest you do the same.

With this latest updated I can't even sign in to my account because the app doesn't let me sign in. When I open the app it only loops the S-logo. Samsung s24 Ultra eith oneui8.

The app said I need to log in using a password. However, my password did not work. Then I had to log in with a proper banks ID on the website to reset it. The password had been locked for some reason, and it costs to reset. Well I did that, and they will mail it to me in one week. I use this only for the bonuses, but now I can't even do that for a week. If this was my main bank I would change the bank immediately.

The bank application is so bad; the application stopped while I was abroad and did not allow me to register. As a solution, I tried to install the application on my wife's mobile, but you cannot register while you are not in Finland. I am definitely going to another bank.
