Very horrible sign up process. I'm stuck trying to register for membership. I can't even change the gender in the account settings tab. Either the default is set to male or your dev team never bothered fixing the drop-down menu. And what's the point of a "continue as guest" option if you won't let me checkout. And why hide the item retail prices when you view it as a guest? Your dev team needs to seriously review this app and see what the registration AND process is like for customers.

Very inconvenient app to use. I couldn’t log in using my email address, which was frustrating. I also tried contacting support, but unfortunately didn’t get any helpful response. In the end, I just gave up and didn’t proceed with my order.

I can't reset my forgotten password, and my friend is also unable to link his account. You really need to update the app. While I appreciate that the security is strict, it's making it impossible for those who forget their IDs to log in—especially SENIORS.

Confusing and bad service. My previous order has been cancelled due to miscommunication where in fact I have already confirmed tons of times via text and call to the rider. As I placed my reorder and a rider has already accepted, it was almost again cancelled because the rider is not authorized to pay for my transaction as my mode of payment is COD, and he is not a member. This is my first time using app, so I am confused.
