Reported my credit card for fraudulent purchase. They blocked my current card and was issued a new card. But the same fraudulent purchase still charged to me. What kind of service is this? Once I fully paid my balance, I will close this account ASAP. 👎

The sadad limits and sarie limits were both shared. I send 2000sar through sadad. Then I want to transfer money through sarie transfer or local bank transfer, I saw the limit was reduced by 2000. Any transfer through sadad can affect local bank transfer limits.

Absolutely rubbish app and bank. I faced 2 issues. I bought sab credit card noon. And I wasn't able to pay as they show no account. So which means I must have to have their current account, so I can pay. When I wanted to pay, the app shows pay text but the pay button is hidden!! Fortunately I had fold phone when I expanded then it showed. How you developers missed this critical use case? And when I clicked on pay it showed me no data found. (no current account) so I can't pay.

Worst Application I try to log in last two days I can't I tried online it showing error use mobile to transfer fund finally today I can log in it's throwing me out post login showing session is expired
