Reported my credit card for fraudulent purchase. They blocked my current card and was issued a new card. But the same fraudulent purchase still charged to me. What kind of service is this? Once I fully paid my balance, I will close this account ASAP. 👎

Since 27 Aug login not working. Prime payment time for all bills. Called Customer service. No respond in 15 minutes.

Absolutely rubbish app and bank. I faced 2 issues. I bought sab credit card noon. And I wasn't able to pay as they show no account. So which means I must have to have their current account, so I can pay. When I wanted to pay, the app shows pay text but the pay button is hidden!! Fortunately I had fold phone when I expanded then it showed. How you developers missed this critical use case? And when I clicked on pay it showed me no data found. (no current account) so I can't pay.
