There are a couple of things I don't like about this app. But first I want you say that I'm happy how fast it updates on the search results and changes the Status of some. Next I would like to see an option to save the search requirements and also block some house from popping up after I've looked and not liked them. Good app and would still recommend.

Fantastic app to look for up-to-date info on houses for rent or sale, plus with a code it sends notifications to my realtor of the properties I want to tour. Dev Team is fast to update the app with any fixes, as I can attest you when I received an error message. Within 48 hours, it was addressed, and I was notified about the fix. That's awesome.

One complaint My only complaint is that you can't narrow down the price range for rentals. I'm looking for something max at $1200. My only options to select are $1000 or $5000. It makes thinning through the available homes difficult, so I still have been using the main webpage.

It's free and not worth it! App crashes every time you narrow filters ie selecting school boundaries. Website doesn't have option for school filter. Does not show same houses for sale in app as it does website and vice versa. Both portals are slow and inefficient.

It just has my favorites disappear! It also won't let me switch cities. I can get multiple homes throughout San Antonio, Texas in different areas of town, but when I switch to Corpus Christi or Arkansas Pass, etc. It only shows a few houses. Very frustrating! I am considering buying in both areas!!!
