Was working perfectly for about 6 months then Mobile took it over a few days ago, and now it's constantly saying family members phones aren't responding. The whole point is to locate family and now I can't. ** Months later and there have been zero improvements. And we actually have to pay for this service. Especially on iPhones it says not responding more than it's actually working. Google offers a free family location app that works 10 times better.

This app is completely useless. Was talked into this when Sprint Family locator service was discontinued which was 1/2 the price to now pay double for a service that never finds a persons location or works properly, yet they keep charging when it clearly has major problems. This all started with T-mobile compared to Sprint. Now it automatically removed all the associated phone numbers & devices sending a text that it did so and it will not allow you to add the devices back. Who authorized this?
