The T-Mobile Direct Connect app enables push-to-talk communications with Direct Connect devices including best-in-class features such as 1-to-1 Direct Connect calling and Group Connect calling all with the convenience of touchscreen controls.
T-Mobile Direct Connect services should be added onto your T-Mobile lines of service before attempting to activate the application.

I got a phone with this pre-installed and could not uninstall it. Consumed way too much battery and also when I deactivated the app, it activated itself after a restart.

Disappointed that I need to constantly uninstall and reinstall the app to make it work. Updates do not install correctly according to sprint. I have a cat phone that is geared towards this program.

The simplest solution to this useless nonfunctional app is to disable it and install something that actually works like zello and if you have a gmrs or ham radio call sign and if repeater owners have zello linked repeaters you profit

This app is complete garbage! Like everything else T-Mobile touches it has turned to complete garbage! It had worked flawlessly for years under Sprint now with T-Mobile you have to uninstall reinstall error message won't work can't communicate anything but garbage and customer care can't help! Two hours with customer service and they are as useless as can possibly be! Everybody at T-Mobile is completely incompetent and should not be in charge of a lemonade stand let alone a Communication Company!
