Utter garbage. The app is basically unusable. When I try to open a link to a case, it takes me to chatter feed. When I get it to eventually navigate to the correct screen (or I assume it is trying to load the correct screen, there's no way to tell) it just sits there loading indefinitely. Refreshing, reopening the link, and trying again doesn't help. This is exactly why I uninstalled the app years ago. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like much has changed.

The app just sits on the loading screen on ever page within the app I try. I can't get any work done while on my phone.

Terrible app. Every record I try to open just gives me the loading screen. Used to work well, useless now. Salesforce needs to invest in this more.
