Terrible in a web browser and even more terrible in app. Can't understand why the hell companies are using this CRM. Even a high school student with basic JavaScript knowledge can make it better 🤮

This app works terribly it keeps logging out. You have to keep logging in several times before you get access. Also, once do manage to get logged in a lot of time it will just log you back out again to start the process back over.

This app has not worked properly for me for about a year now. I kept expecting Salesforce to fix the bugs, but they haven't. Simply does not load accounts anymore. I even got a new Samsung Galaxy recently, and the bug persisted on the new phone. I just deleted the app and reinstalled, thinking it might need anl forced update. Now it won't even allow me to log in, because it requires a passkey, but won't display a passkey field when I tap the prompt. Useless.

Can't log in. Galaxy flip seven. I keep clicking the passkey button, and it won't bring anything up, literally have not been able to log in once. This is literally the most garbage app, and they won't even let me access the website from my phone, so I have to drag a gigantic laptop with me everywhere. The losers who developed this app are losers
