Finally, on Android. Testing this native. A mere 500 downloads as of now. I'.ll be testing this app thoroughly. I'm glad they finally launched the mobile app. The interface and functionality are good for basic use as of now. I hope they add deeper integration with the salesforce1 app, soon. I'd also like to see functionality to add multiple accounts, on different accounts

About time :) Finally I can respond when I am not near my computer! This will be very convenient. It is a bit quirky on initial login, but after an app restart, seems OK... Acceptable quirkiness for a beta. (The quirk was after I logged in using google apps I was sent to yet another login page, looked like the mobile site, after logging in again the UI would not respond at all. After restarting the app, it worked as expected, and the UI no longer looked like the mobile site.)

Great mobile tool for cases Recent update, there's a mismatch on the reply screen and my keyboard. It lets me type there, but doesn't accept autocorrect or swype. Update: I received a carrier update this morning that seems to have resolved the issue.

Indispensable but copy message before clicking SEND Very convenient to know who's requesting support when you are away from your computer. Indispensable, actually. But it crashes way too often when trying to use the phone app to actually respond to clients' request for support using your mobile phone. I've learned to do a 'copy' before I click send, and then if it crashes I just paste my response on to my regular email account. Otherwise, it's a wonderful tool that gives you the freedom to leave the office.

Never loads actually loads in any cases on my Nexus 6 running Android 6.0.1. Just infinitely loads until eventually it crashes. This app works about as good as the sales force web api documentation, which means it does not work at all.

Desk is great, but the app is honestly terrible. Can't even reply to cases,
just read and change status.

It makes no sense that they removed the case filters. Even worse is when I called customer support they had no idea.
