2020: No fingerprint support! Why bother with a cryptographically secure password - if you have to type it in every time you want to use the app? I note that the loans/credit cards app from Sallie Mae does support fingerprint, so it's a mystery why this one does not... [Update 10/19/2022] STILL NO FINGERPRINT SUPPORT!

Trying to view or edit account transfers simply does not work very well and app performance is laggy. Clicking the "xfer" button on the bottom menu does not immediately change the page, often requiring a page refresh. Trying to edit a scheduled xfer is also very difficult. Clicking into a specific xfer does nothing until I reload pages and there is no extra message to confirm a xfer delete. This performance is unacceptable and makes me want to switch to a new bank with better technology.
