I have 2 Sallie Mae credit cards but only one shows up when I log in.it used to work. Please help

For 2 months I cannot sign on the selling a bank you are l but last month I was able to use the app to sign on. Today I try to sign on into the app, and I get an error code, and they have no idea at Sallie Mae what is going on. I have 31,000 Plus in your account and I can't access it. I can't read my statements. And since they don't send out statements I have no idea what's going on with my account. This bank and his app really stink

The antiquated login experience makes using the app a chore. The app doesn't allow you to paste in a password. If you started to type in your password, switch out of the app, then switch back in, it erases what you've typed! The app does not allow biometric login. Totally out of date and frustratingly slow to improve.

Trying to view or edit account transfers simply does not work very well and app performance is laggy. Clicking the "xfer" button on the bottom menu does not immediately change the page, often requiring a page refresh. Trying to edit a scheduled xfer is also very difficult. Clicking into a specific xfer does nothing until I reload pages and there is no extra message to confirm a xfer delete. This performance is unacceptable and makes me want to switch to a new bank with better technology.

App always crashes, can log in but then crashes immediately. Completely useless application.
