the only reason i used salpay is because its our company's mode of crediting our salary i used instapay to receive my bank transfer within 10 mins. but its now been 3 days and no sign of hope☹️ i need the money to settle bills but was left hanging the support keep on saying it has been escalated as they are having problem with their partner banks but they should have workaround not leaving customers having so much trouble..if i have other option i wouldnt use salpay☹️ still waiting for nothing

Poor service, only use is to disburse salary, can't even transfer money to other bank real time.

Our salary is always DELAY no exaggerating. We experience debit from our account ALWAYS. Also, we can't withdraw money from any atm MOST OF THE TIME. The service is really suck. Good thing we are going to transition to another payroll company next month.
