The app itself is really easy, simple, and intuitive to use, and I haven't experienced any glitches or slow performance. I like how there is a library of videos available but also a calendar where Sam uploads new videos for each weekday - which what I've been following. Sam is a great teacher and always mixes things up so no 2 sessions are the same and the workouts don't get boring. She provides really clear advice and direction during the workouts. Would recommend!
