Ridiculous! This app won't accept credit card payments, at all. If you're hoping to place an order, the only payment it accepted was using Google Pay. I tried entering credit card info 7 times, and it would either crash then, crash after asking for a phone number, or just deny payment outright. Absolutely horrible and frustrating. And don't bother calling the restaurant. They don't believe the customer.

Wow. The payment system doesn't work and online orders are not processed. They called me almost 7 hours later to see of I still wanted my food. The manager was unavailable, and they never even said sorry. How do you operate with this type of customer service? I waited in person for 3 hours and checked multiple times for my order, and they couldn't find it. I'm beyond disappointed, but accidents happen, horrible customer service isn't an accident. Minus 4 stars. They should fire the manager.

App keeps kicking me out. I called to order over the phone, and I was rudely told that I have to keep trying the app. I asked to speak to a supervisor, was placed on hold without being told I'd be placed on hold. I guess my money means nothing to them. My family and I wanted seafood during this quarantine but to be treated like this is not acceptable. I won't eat here ever.
