Shocking. This is a cam company. I ordered online and have just come to pick it up and Sam's in Cricklewood know nothing of the order and haven't received the money. I was told that Flip Dish takes the money. I am reporting this

Absolutely disgusted placed an order only to be told when we got there that they no longer take orders online but still took my money when I placed the order the staff behind the counter was useless very unhelpful and a bit rude got a text message 2hrs later saying unable to place order and will be refunded I'm still waiting for my money 🤬 I will not be using sams chicken again

Installed the app today, placed my order and arrived at the store to collect my food. I was informed by the staff that their Flip dish system hadn't been working all day. Was told to contact Flip dish directly to seek my refund. Couldn't do this through the app, so I had to Google a number. Spoke to an advisor who told me I couldn't request a refund - that it had to be the restaurant. Was also told to provide the staff my order number - except there was no order number in the app! Cannot recommend
