I got an error when ordering curbside, saying "please enter make" or something like that, and it wasn't until I re entered my order on the website instead, and it asked me directly to add the description of my car, that I understood what it was asking me. On the app, it's not clear that you need to open a separate menu to add your car details, and it won't let you order unless you do that. I would that info to be clearer. I spent way too long trying to order.

Love the food. But the app never loads. Just gets the loading circle. Then I have to order online but get sent to my email to click on a link to order if I want to use rewards. I would just like the app to work

Zero in-app Customer Support at all. Tumble22 the restaurant itself is great, been to multiple locations over several years and love them. The app sucks. I recently had an issue where I ordered through the app (for the first time), and there was no live tracking, no delivery updates, and then it marked my food as already delivered when after I called the specific location it hadn't even left the restaurant yet. No live chat, no support number, nothing. I had to call the manager directly myself
