You all aren't staying true to overdraft program. I pay back the money that You all ACTUALLY GARNISH BACK FROM A CHECKING DEPOSIT EVERY TIME I NEED TO USE MY OVERDRAFT OPTION. FOR THE PAST MONTH OR SO, I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE THE OVERDRAFT OPTION. I'M A ON WAY TO YOUR BETTER COMPETITORS TO OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT AND MOVING MY FUNDS TO THEM BECAUSE YOU GUYS AREN'T HONEST.

I've been with Capital One for 21 years now. The help section is no help. The eno chat can't answer any questions. I have a current balance of $22.74. However, I have credit. It's been over a month since the return. So my current balance should be Zero. It seems like now when you return something, Capital One keeps your credit. It's in green. It's there. But they're not using it. Where is it? Please use it. I might look into getting a different credit card. Since they're stealing my credit.

I opened a credit card and after having it for a few days they decided to do income verification. They are not accepting my PayPal statements, or my benefits letter as verifiable. If my credit gets affected because of their negligence I will be very upset.
