Terrible company to deal with. Customer service is useless. If you are able to get a credit card anywhere else that would be the way go.

You can't make a payment. You can't add a payment method. You can't really do anything but review your statement. There are so many things that can be fixed with this app.

I have a 769 credit rating and all they ever offered me was a 300 dollar credit card.Don't use Capital One. Stick with your bank because Capital One are very cheap with the credit they offer. I have thousands with other credit dealers and have been with Capital One for at least 2 years with no credit increase on a idly 300 dollars they only offered me ever.
