★★★★★ Perfect Credit card to build up your credit. Even worse credit score.

★★★★★ It has been crashing alot lately I'm not sure if it's the internet or the app. Plus I am unable to keep track of my current status because it will not show current time for any money used with the card. It will take 3 days to process and still I'm not seeing what I would like to keep track of spending. I was happy that the fraud department was able to cancel my card, and I was told I would receive a new card and the money taken would be replaced. A pending amount would be nice to track finances.

★★★★★ Capital One has always been an outstanding Credit Card Company. They certainly seem to care alot about there Customers and their needs. Interest rates are some of the lowest I have seen, personally. The company also seems to really want to help people from every wok of life and income to start or to improve their credit rating, Allowing people that may have fallen victim to the Economy or the pandemic by no fault of their own have the ability to take their life back and start to build it up again !!

★★☆☆☆ I've had this card for years. Never missed a payment. They even sent me emails saying how good I was doing after 15 straight months of not missing a payment and paying my complete balance in full every month. Yet It hasn't effected my credit score at all. An when I applied for an increase they sent me a message saying "we have no options to offer you at this moment l" Capital One is a joke an if wasn't for my daughter using it I'd just straight up cancel their garbage card 🖕🏿

★★☆☆☆ Says I don't have an online banking account, but I can access my account through a browser. I keep getting the "Card not found" error. *Update 6 months later* Still having the same issue where it's telling me no card found. Only can access my online banking through a browser. Every time I call Capital One they say the issue has been fixed and to uninstall and reinstall the app. I've called them 5 times and got the same result. Looking to replace my Capital One card. 1/10
