Overall good but lacks few key features i.e. Support for multiple cards including Costco. Prefer support for biometric instead of pattern unlock because anyone looking over the shoulder can snapshot the pattern but difficult to catch biometric (finger or retina) or even pin. Please fix these for getting 5 stars... Update: The app has been significantly improved and deserves 5 star 🌟.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Waiting in the line for almost 3 hours just to speak to a representative who wants to redirect me again for tge second time. I can't fix tge issue and I don't have time to stay in the line, and they don't offer a call back request or a way for us to fix small issues. Overall am not satisfied with the experience and I can't count on a card that is not well-supported with agents who have real authority to fix our issues. Dated Aug 27, 2026.

The app itself is okay at best, but if you ever need Capital One customer support, it will make you think of switching to a different card provider completely. They cut you off, tell you that a declined transaction cannot be completed and cannot explain why. Suggest that you just try again. Raise their voice at you, despite you being calm, because they don't know what's going on. Absolutely no customer support training and no power to do anything. This has been going on for years consistently.

Worst ive seen ... all my others cards im able to pay off in the app and this is the only CC ive seen this out of date when it comes to paying off your balance. Also no virtual card? Is also kind of crazy. Anyway I personally don't like having zero options on the app but that's just me.
