I literally transferred money to my card to pull out cash to pay my rent. I tried to withdraw it like I always do, and they flagged it as fraud. So I called and said nope its just me and that's my rent money im trying ti get. They said they unlocked it, and I went to pull it out, flagged again. They say I need to get a new card. Im like ill do that on my own terms after I withdraw my rent. Nothing fraudulent has happened they don't care about customers. My 2 year old and I are now homeless. Thanks

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Waiting in the line for almost 3 hours just to speak to a representative who wants to redirect me again for tge second time. I can't fix tge issue and I don't have time to stay in the line, and they don't offer a call back request or a way for us to fix small issues. Overall am not satisfied with the experience and I can't count on a card that is not well-supported with agents who have real authority to fix our issues. Dated Aug 27, 2026.
