Claims I've used all 100 free scans when I haven't. Crashes on launch via app icon - crashes every way unless opened from keyboard

Can't even use the app because it literally is saying stuff needs to be updated but when I click the link to see what it's claiming needs updating it just goes to some broad spectrum FAQ Page which is highly unhelpful and inefficient. If something needs to be updated on my device then specify exactly WHAT that is. Waist Of Time. UNINSTALLED.
