Sandbox is a great tool for staying connected with loved ones in training. The weekly updates are very helpful and informative, giving families insight into what service members are doing each week. The platform is user-friendly, and letters arrive quickly. I also served in Afghanistan with Sandbox’s Director of Military Operations, retired Sgt Maj Paul Davis, with 1/3 Weapons Company. It’s great to see him continuing the mission by supporting service members and families through Sandbox.

Want to thank Kris and Sandbox so much for the amazing idea of having this app for us parents and family, this way we have the opportunity to communicate with our sons and daughters faster and secure. Money grabbing app. Cost $4.00 per meassage to send an email note to our Basic Military Training Recruit. Received a free email postage note from Navy Federal Credit Union for a free email, but once created, Sandbox app wanted $$ to send it. As a Retired Veteran, very disappointed in this for profit app. Would not recommend. Save some money and support the U.S. Postal Service and send your troop a letter Old School Snail Mail, they'll love you for it.

AVOID. SIT did not receive one, paid extra for, return letter supply out of 10 letters! $5-7 per letter, and I didn't get what was paid for! SCAMMING MILITARY FAMILIES!!! **edit** They called, basically said its impossible and acted as if we were lying, or she was too stupid to open mail. I haven't asked for a thing! She's been there weeks unable to respond to me which was a service they were paid for. Now she's on her way home, and they want to send her the prepaid return stuff for her to use
