If you have a loved one in the military, SANDBOX is the way to send them letters! As a Mom of two Marines, a bonus Mom to one in the Air force, and two others in the Army and Marines, Sandbox has delivered many letters for me on time and faster than regular mail. I love the fact that I can send them pictures with their letters, return postage, so they don't have to find a stamp, and many different newsletters for them to keep them encouraged and abreast of what's going on in the civilian world.

Son is in basic, so I want to be able to send letters. Setting up the address for a letter is painful and asks the incorrect questions. First it asks rank, doesn't have one as he is a recruit but that question is optional. The next one is shipped name, he joined the navy. He is in basic training so he isn't on a ship. Mandatory so no skipping that one. 3rd question is what is his unit number, again he is in basic so there isn't a unit. App needs work, seems to be a waste of time

Big money grab app! Huge money to send your kid a letter. Then to share the overpriced letters with your family to use, you need to create a "Support Squad." Then there are no directions on how your family can even use those overpriced letters. Google AI said they need to become "admin" users. So, $200 adds up real quick figuring all this out. Then, when sending letters, it asks my family for more money for every little thing. My family is pissed off over this app and disappointed with me.

I decided to use Sandbox because of its quickness to get to my recruit... however, my recruit has not received any over the last 3 weeks, even though it says they were delivered. I was prepared because most of the people in my recruits' company were complaining about returned Sandbox letters. So today... I got the first letter I sent back in the mail saying it was undeliverable. $60 is alot to pay when it's not even making it to them. Snail mail is much cheaper and seems to make it there.
